Incoloy 865(UNS S35115)1.Incoloy 865 INTRODUCTION INCOLOY alloy 865 (UNS S35115) is an economical, high-performance corrosionresistant alloy. Developed from the technology of INCOLOY alloy 864, it improved strength, ductility and fatigue resistance at reduced cost. The alloy was designed for automotive applications such as flexible couplings and exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) components. However, with its excellent combination of strength and corrosion resistance, alloy 865 may be evaluated for chemical processing and marine applications. 2.Incoloy 865 STANDARD PRODUCT FORMS Sheet and strip. 3.Incoloy 865 MAJOR SPECIFICATIONS UNS S35115 ASTM A240/A480 4.Incoloy 865 LIMITING CHEMICAL COMPOSITION, % Ni ......19.0 – 22.0 Cr......23.0 – 25.0 Mo....1.50 – 2.50 N.......0.20 – 0.30 Mn......... 1.0 max.
